EdUCate! volunteers are the best!
We know your time and financial resources are precious and that MANY worthy organizations could benefit from your generosity. As a result, we appreciate every minute and every dime you invest in supporting EdUCate!’s mission of providing supplemental materials to the classrooms of University City.
Volunteer opportunities within EdUCate! range from a few hours to several years. The distinguishing thing about joining us is that you will mix with parents of ALL AGES of students from Kindergarten through alumni with second-generation UC students. It’s really fun to hear what challenges and thrills to expect at the next school or life stage your child is entering.
Ways to get involved…
- Helping with the EdUCate! Math Academy
- Working at Oktoberfest (on our famous Brats & Brew Crew)
- Serving as a liaison between EdUCate! and your child’s school
- Stuffing envelopes for a few hours
- Making phone calls
- Donating goods, services or experiences to our spring auction
- Providing photos or content for our website
- Serving on a committee or on our Board of Directors
